Week 9 Thing 23
Finally, I made it to the end. I must say the flickr, and image generators were two of my favorite things to do, but thats mainly because I love photography. This program has encouraged me to integrate many of the lessons into my classes. There is nothing I would change about this program. I would participate in a proram similar to this if offered. One word I would say about this program, AWESOME!
Week 9 Thing 22
I didn't see any free downloads on the World Fair ebook website. I like the idea of ebook, it helps the environment as far as recycling. Has links that allow a subscriber to look at several different ebook websites.
Week 9 Thing 21
Podcast allow the audio trasmission of information over the net, with no visual effect. I have received forwarded emails that are on podcast, one of which was a recording of a prank phone call from a radio station. I went to Education Podcast Network (EPN) and it was very enlightening, epn has a wide range of Science information.
Week 9 Thing 20
You tube is one of my favorite sites, I've learned many dances from watching you tube. It shows music videos, slideshows, dance tutorials, piano, as well as many other things. I think that the feature of having favorites would work in the library, allow students to catalog their books, magazines, and journals.
Week 8 Thing 19
Library thing was very interesting. All five books that I named were in its catalog. 4 out of the 5 had at least 200 other members that were reading or have read the books in my catalog. I like this website, it helps if I need an idea for the next book to read or to maybe connect with others on books that I've read and get their opinion.

Week 8 Thing 18
Zoho allows me to use any type of computer, which will allow me to read the document in the program that I desire. it allows me to save my document and access it from any computer so if I go on vacation, I can continue to create my class assignments although I wouldn't do work on vacation! LOL
Week 7 Thing 16 & 17
Wiki's are awesome in that you are able to remove, edit, or change content. I viewed the library success wiki and it gives librarians a chance to share their ideas about what works for them in their particular libraries. Also it allows them a chance to share ideas. I also looked at an AP History wiki, it gave the groups of students and all the exam topics that they should have studied. I found a science, my background, wiki as well, it has different journals, jobs in the science field. http://mybio.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page
Week 6 Thing 15
Creative Commons was a cool website. It shows how you can put your own twist on an already copyrighted piece of information. Integrating Web 2.0 into the Library will be a good thing. It will make the library an inviting place, by making it more user centered. It will allow for viewing of notes and reviews on literary pieces.
